Refund Process
- We will process your refund within 14 days from the date we receive the returned Goods.
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the Order.
- No additional fees will be charged for the reimbursement.
3. Conditions for Returns
For your Goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

✅ The Goods are in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

❌ Goods that deteriorate quickly or have an expired date.
❌ Goods that cannot be returned due to hygiene or health protection reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
❌ Goods that were inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced Goods are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded, except where prohibited by applicable law.
4. Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us.

- OR if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you,
- The refund will be sent to the gift giver.
